Reach Initative 2018-05-20T14:50:32+00:00

HIGHER. DEEPER. FURTHER.

Pledge to Reach
Give to Reach

A NOTE FROM PASTOR BRUCE

It’s a great time to be a part of Biltmore Church. God has used your efforts and resources to see thousands saved and baptized, many churches planted, campuses birthed, college students mentored, ministry partners supported, orphans and widows cared for, prisoners ministered to, and much, much more. We are seeing God’s glory.
It would be easy to ride the current wave of momentum, but that is not who we are. We’ve never been a church that is content with the status quo, plays it safe, or thinks small. Instead, we will always strive to reach higher, deeper, and further than we ever have before. The Reach initiative embodies this mindset. While facilities are not the mission, they help facilitate the mission. Each of our campuses should always be seen as equipping centers that equip disciples to reach out to all who do not yet know the Gospel, both in our local communities and around the world.
I would like to ask you to prayerfully consider your part in the Reach initiative. Please don’t underestimate the impact you can have. These are great days in the life of our church.
Thank you,
Pastor Bruce

DEFINING MOMENTS

During the history of Biltmore Church, there have been certain moments where God has opened the door to expand the reach of the Gospel. For example, the move from Biltmore Village to the Hendersonville Road location in the 1960s, the move to the Clayton Road location in 2000, going multi-site in 2012, our church planting partnership with Compassion International in 2015, and several others. Each of these opportunities has enabled us to strengthen our impact and expand the reach of the Gospel in Western North Carolina and around the world. One of those defining opportunities has come again. Are you ready for what’s next?

OUR GOAL: $5.5 MILLION

Our goal over the next 12 months is to set our church up for success in the next season of ministry so that we can continue to carry out the vision God has given us. This will enable us to complete construction and renovation projects for the Español, East Asheville, and Franklin campuses. Through your financial partnership with us, we can accomplish far more than we can apart.

EAST ASHEVILLE CAMPUS

Our first multi-site plant, launched in January 2012, will be positioned to reach the East Asheville area and surrounding Fairview, Swannanoa, and Black Mountain communities. Its new location will reside in a prime real estate area, in the former Babies-R-Us building, near the intersection of I-240 and I-40 in East Asheville. For the first time, the East Asheville campus will be equipped with a 7-day-a-week space, allowing us to facilitate additional growth and better reach the East Asheville community.

FRANKLIN CAMPUS

The Franklin Campus, launched in 2013, will have a new, high visibility location at the intersection of US 23/441 and East Main Street. This will be a new construction build from the ground up. Like the East Asheville campus, the Franklin campus will be equipped with a 7-day-a-week space for the first time. This will serve as a space for worship, adult connect groups, students, children, and offices, allowing us to facilitate additional growth and better reach the Franklin community.

ESPAÑOL CAMPUS

In late Summer 2018, we’ll be launching our sixth campus: Biltmore Church en Español. This campus will enable us to reach the growing Spanish-speaking population in Western North Carolina. The Español

campus will be meeting in what is currently Terrace Hall at the Arden campus. In preparation, there’ll be renovations to Terrace Hall and signage added throughout the Arden campus to serve the Spanish-speaking community.

EXISTING FACILITIES

We have already identified additional infrastructural and ministry needs at all of our campuses, specifically in our kids and student areas. Additional parking for our campuses experiencing overcrowding will also be a high priority. There are many great opportunities we can accomplish as they’re funded. Anything given beyond our goal will go toward these projects.
